We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Dual Sales Director for our Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn located in Woburn, Massachusetts. Located just off I-95, these two hotels offer a combined room count of 235 rooms and are within a 20-minute drive of Harvard University, LEGOLAND, and Boston’s Logan International Airport. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, collaborative leader with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading successful sales teams. This individual must be skilled in prospecting, understanding customer needs, and developing creative, tailored solutions to maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience. As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and executing strategies that drive top-line revenue, foster customer loyalty, and achieve sales goals for both properties. Responsibilities: Provide the highest quality of service to our customers at all times. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge. Guide sales and marketing efforts as well as advertising tasks, public relations and administrative reporting. Define and implement sales and marketing activities according to the Marketing Plan. Prioritize, document, and organize work to meet deadlines. Qualifications: Prior Director of Sales Experience, 3+ years of hospitality sales experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to analyze financial and competitive data to make informed decisions. History of having motivated and guided a sales team to success. Hilton brand experience preferred. Good understanding of the expectations of brand standards.
