Direct Ship Program Analyst

Requisition Summary This position works directly with our network of Kenworth and Peterbilt dealers, our supply base, and other internal departments to address a variety of inquiries regarding Direct Ship Program (DSP) orders. In this role you will be responsible for assessing, documenting, and resolving problems that may require follow-up and escalation. You will work to provide an exceptional customer experience for our dealers while developing tools and processes that streamline DSP ordering. Job Functions / Responsibilities Track and analyze DSP trends, order status, part changes, shipping information, product programs, pricing policies and make recommendations to improve sales and reduce errors. Consult dealers, suppliers, and internal departments to proactively resolve DSP related issues. Develop Sr. Management reporting and present regularly on DSP trends and status. Resolve issues pertaining to shipments, expediting and special order handling. Manage DSP dealer order changes with suppliers & dealers. Negotiate vendor availability and lead times based on dealer needs. Develop & maintain a database and resolve system issues with mismatched orders. Collaborate with Pricing, Marketing, and suppliers to load and price parts. Provide support for the Customer Service dealer requests when necessary. Crosstrain and provide support for Campaigns and Recalls programs Qualifications One or more years of applicable Customer Service experience required Bachelor's degree in a related field desired. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $65,500 - $89,760 annually.
