Requisition Summary PACCAR Parts Division is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT Operations Team. In this role, you will oversee the IT ticketing system, manage inventory, and maintain effective communication with end-users. Job Functions / Responsibilities Use the IT Service Management system, address IT incident reports and service requests regarding hardware, software and mobile devices. Perform hardware and software installation. When needed, guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions. Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses. Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, procedures, and issue resolutions. Assist with regular IT audits to verify compliance with security protocols and operational standards. Assist with deployment of new PCs and mobile devices. Maintain an excellent level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated respectfully, efficiently and in a timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields required. 1+ year of experience in IT or related field required. Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware and networking. Experience with software as a service (SaaS) and other software hosting protocols. Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Experienced in providing professional and courteous customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work in a team as well as independently. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
