Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive years (6+) of experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions within a federal government environment, with a strong focus on Salesforce Omniscript. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions.ResponsibilitiesSolution Development:

Design, develop, and implement complex OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend the capabilities of OmniStudio.Maintenance:

Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance and usability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.Government Compliance:

Ensure all solutions comply with relevant federal government regulations and standards. Stay updated on changes in regulations and adjust solutions accordingly.Integration:

Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Develop and maintain APIs and other integration tools.Collaboration:

Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and Scrum teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Testing and Validation:

Conduct unit testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Perform code reviews and provide feedback to peers.Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance Salesforce usage. Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, and incorporate them into solutions where appropriate.

Required Skills and ExperienceSalesforce OmniStudio certification and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/IIExtensive experience in Salesforce development.Proven experience working within a federal government environment.Strong understanding of Salesforce integration tools and techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills and ExperienceAdditional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud).Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with other Salesforce products and services.

EducationBachelor's DegreeClearance RequirementsU.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.Work LocationUnited States - RemoteCompensationThe salary range for this position is $102,000 - $132,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
