Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in designing and implementing complex, high-performance Salesforce solutions while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Core/Platform, Public Sector, OmniStudio, and GovCloud, development, and large-scale transformation projects to guide and mentor development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet both business needs and technical standards. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture : Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business requirements. Salesforce Expertise : Utilize extensive knowledge of Salesforce to create innovative solutions, with a strong focus on integrating Salesforce with external systems and applications via APIs (SOAP, REST, Mulesoft, etc.) Data Integration : Lead data integrations with various Data Lake and legacy data formats, ensuring data hygiene, consistency, quality, and security across systems. GovCloud/Public Sector Solutions (PSS) : Leverage expertise in GovCloud and Public Sector Solutions to implement secure, compliant Salesforce applications tailored to the unique needs of government environments. Security Integrations : Lead security integrations with ICAM/IAM components, ensuring proper authentication, access management, compliance, and robust security across Salesforce applications. Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership, guiding development teams in best practices for Salesforce development, architecture, and deployment. Large-scale Transformation Projects : Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth Salesforce implementation across complex enterprise landscapes. Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements, translating them into effective architectural designs. Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniScript. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong background in Salesforce Core/Platform, Public Sector and OmniStudio. Strong experience in data integration, security int. Clearance Requirements U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. Work Location United States - Remote Compensation The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
