About the PositionThe Solutions Support Engineer is responsible for providing exceptional support and resolving technical issues related to various platforms, including Microsoft SharePoint Online, Content Management Systems (CMS), Microsoft Power Platform, and .NET web applications. Support responsibilities would include (but are not limited to) permissions management, troubleshooting of user issues, system configuration, user training, and new SharePoint site creation. We RequireAt least one year of related experience to include SharePoint Maintenance and Administration
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Job ContributionsConfigure and maintain supported systems
Develop applications from prepared requirements
Troubleshoot user issues with support systems
Participate in on-call support of production issues
Train users in the operation of supported systems
Coordinate and work with other staff including, but not limited to, vendors, Business Integration Specialists, IT security staff, project managers, other team members, subject matter experts, end users, and executive business partners
Prepare system, program, and customer guides, as well as documentation
Evaluate workflows and processes to seek out improving efficiencies and enhance productivity; write and modify operating procedures
Working ConditionsThis work is performed in a general office/remote work environment and may require workingoutside of regularly scheduled hours when resolving service-impacting incidents.Selection ProcedureOnly the most qualified candidates will be considered
