Scoot Education has an opportunity for a School Partnerships Associate to join our team! This entry-level position joins our growing school partnerships team to continue to provide demand for our supply of exceptional educators across ten states, with more to come.

The role:
Reports to the Director of School Partnerships, who will act as a manager, mentor, coach & thought partner in the work
Focus is on cultivating relationships with public, private & charter schools
Success is measured by the number of prospective partner meetings scheduled quarterly compared to target
Our ideal candidate:
Is willing to learn, highly coachable with a strong work ethic
Believes in a relationship-driven and value-creation approach to business development
Has extraordinary organization and attention to detail
Creates partners, not clients, by delivering on promises and promoting consultative relationships with schools and districts
Is a team player who collaborates across an entire organization, including with many partner-facing/service delivery team members
Can think strategically about expansion areas, pace, and staffing supply versus demand
You’ll stand out if you have:
Two or more years of sales-relevant experience, with a winning record
Have spent time in the classroom as an educator, either full-time or subbing
Familiarity with CRM systems
