Description TMC, a LinQuest company is seeking a Program Control Associate II to join our team - hybrid. The ability to obtain a DoD security clearance is required. The Program Control Associate II will provide pricing and other financial support to both internal and external customers. The Program Control Associate II will collaborate with other team members to ensure that all budgeting, scheduling and coordination processes run smoothly. Responsibilities: Gather, validate, organize and anlyze finance data Support program management in the preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data and other contract and/or business-related tasks. Maintain contract budgets, spend plans, review contract billing, and monitor funding Input project data into Costpoint, including creating PR's Monitor program risks and opportunities including cost overruns and scheduling delays Support cost management of subcontracts Support cost proposal pricing Respond to information requests from Government within the scope of the contract Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 3+ years of program control experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting , Finance, a related field or equivalent experience Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines Program Control knowledge of all types of government contracts Proficiency in other Microsoft tools Strong communication/presentation skills Able to obtain and maintain a security clearance Experience with Deltek CostPoint, Cognos, Unanet, Salesforce (preferred) Compensation: The hourly pay rate for this position ranges from approximately $36.50 to $41.35 per hour depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
