The Director Technology Management is responsible for managingstaffs' career development and holding them accountable formeeting expectations, deadlines and producing qualitydeliverables while simultaneously, leading the development ofand guiding the technology related aspects of our AdvancedTechnology Facilities (ATF). The Technology Director ATF's roleis to understand both the technologies being used by ourclients and the technology that we need to deploy to best meetour customer's needs and is responsible for the staff'ssuccessful development of all work carried out for ourcustomers in these arenas while coordinating with the USAregion management to develop and carry out market andtechnology related elements within the assigned market sectors(Semi, PV, FPD, Batteries).

Ensures company safety policies and the Site Specific Planare proactively communicated and consistently enforced on allprojects

Contributes towards the development of a strategic planwith supporting tactics

Leads technology assessments (external, market facing) andits associated planning (internal within Exyte)

Provides leadership in the understanding of technicalaspects of the market

Identifies, prepares for, and participates in developmentalforums such as conferences, trade shows and industry specificforums

Identifies market trends and related business opportunities

Represents the Company to the target client communities, berecognized in the industry as a thought leader and trenddeveloper

Identifies resource needs required to carry out design andconstruction work in the ATF market segment, and work incollaboration with corporate administrative functions toassemble this talent

Coordinates with the Market Segment Team on businessdevelopment efforts via proposals

Develops and maintains relationships with key clients andindustry partners

Show your expertiseBachelor's degree in Engineering required

Master's degree and/or PHD preferred

10+ years of experience

Passionate about new manufacturing technologies and theirevolving markets. Ability to predict future market, customer,and capex trends

Has the ability to absorb technical knowledge in marketsoutside of his/her core

Demonstrated ability to influence internal management andcustomers

Self-motivated, ability to collaborate withpeers/collaborators across remote offices and time zones

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, andPowerPoint)

Detail-oriented, yet have the ability to think at ahigh-level

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Types of Experience:

Experience in a technology assessment role (trends,opportunities, challenges) within high-tech industryenvironment

Experience implementing new technical initiatives withinthe organization with demonstrated ROI impact

Prior experience working in large hi-tech manufacturingfacilities in any of the following roles: technology,operations, supply chain, capital equipment, or facilitiesplanning

Experience developing market and technical content forstrategic decision making

Customer service experience. Experience facinginternal/external clients and mature industry audiencesPrior experience working in EPC services preferred
