The Associate Process Designer provides design support of theProcess Systems to produce construction documents for thefollowing systems:high purity gases and chemicals, upstream anddownstream biologics processing, small molecule synthesis,fill/finish, high purity water, waste treatment, and clean andsupport utilities, controls, and the like.

Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesAssists in developing Process Systems constructiondocuments using architectural background layouts and systemperformance requirements defined by the project team includingthe architect, engineer and project manager

Assists in pre-design project activities, such as siteassessment, site plan review, and verification of as builtconditions

Assists project team to find optimum system sizing,routing, materials, and space management for ductwork andpiping systems

Assists senior staff with services during construction,including responding to RFIs, shop drawing and submittalreview, and as-built drawings

Coordinates with the designs of other trades (architecturaland engineering/ internal and external)

Assists in developing projects in compliance withengineering codes, standards, principles, relevantspecifications and contractual requirements

Assists in the production of construction documents underthe supervision of a Professional Engineer and coordinate withother disciplines

Participates in interdisciplinary review of projectdeliverables

Mentor interns and junior members of project teams

Assists in the development of construction drawings,details, schedules and diagrams for process systems

Assists in performing quality control reviews of workdeveloped by others

High School Diploma or GED required

Associates degree with technical focus preferred

0+ years of experience

Autodesk Building Systems Software

Good time management skills, strong work ethic andattention to details

Proficient in the use of Autodesk Building SystemsSoftware

Individual must possess strong communication andorganizational skills

Strong team player with an ability to build effectiveworking relationships

Energetic and self-motivated

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Advanced Technology experience preferred

Experience working within a team environment

Experience in the quality control review process

Experience contributing to continuous improvement processes
