The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the full onboarding life cycle for new and existing client relationships in North America. This role requires a professional with a strategic, solutions-oriented approach, and a project management mindset, who can take full ownership of a pipeline of client onboarding events. The Senior Client Onboarding Manager will be expected to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and other partners, to ensure a positive onboarding experience that meets and exceeds client expectations. Applicants for the Senior Client Onboarding Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the investment management industry, with a focus on institutional clients. The role demands a deep understanding of the institutional marketplace, various asset classes, and investment product offerings.
