A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Service Support Assembler I at MKS Instruments, you will partner with service to repair RF Generators. As an Assembler, you will be assembling various electronic components and sub-assemblies ensuring the seamless integration to repair high-quality products.
In this role, you will report to the Sr Manager, Service. This is a 1st or 3rd shift position.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Repair and build RF generators to a final assembly.
• Your role will involve following assembly instructions and utilizing a range of hand tools to complete tasks.
• Soldering electronic components as required to repair RF generators.
Skills that You Bring:
• 0 + years of experience
• Ability to solder to IPC standards.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and assemble products accurately according to defined specifications.
• Ability to focus on the task at hand and pay attention to detail.
• Excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
• Oracle data entry.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills.
• Understanding of 6S and Lean methodology.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
• Ability to lift, pull, and push 50 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
