Senior Legal Counsel

As Senior Legal Counsel, varied responsibilities include:

Leading on varied significant M&A/ transactions

Providing wider legal counsel - predominantly commercial transactions, regulatory and other corporate matters

Managing outside counsel

Working relatively autonomously as the US M&A/ transactions subject matter expert

Communicating closely with the wider international in-house legal team

Demonstrable skills and experience required for the Senior Legal Counsel role:

7+ years M&A/ transactions in-house and big law experience

Must have JD and US state bar (preferably NY bar)

Must be a strong communicator, able to build relationships and trust quickly - comfortable leading large business transactions and M&A activity - working with the GC (based abroad) leading activities within the US and busy NY office

The Senior Legal Counsel will benefit from:

$350,000-$375,000 base salary
