EA / Research Coordinator
to join our team. This role will provide key administrative and research support to senior professionals, helping maintain essential systems and processes to drive the firms operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, conduct research, and contribute to both operational and strategic projects.***$150k - 225k + Bonus + Stellar Benefits***Incredible opportunity to join a growing firm that offers career advancement!Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportProvide day-to-day support to senior team members, managing various administrative tasks and schedules.Research Support & OrganizationAssist with ongoing research projects and maintain relevant documents.Organize and track research materials, including reports and other key information.Support the development of research databases and systems.Utilize various tools to assist in data synthesis and analysis.Corporate Access & CoordinationManage relationships with external contacts and coordinate various corporate activities.Assist in organizing logistics for conferences, events, and other industry engagements.Track key developments within the firm's areas of interest.Project ManagementHelp coordinate and execute specific internal projects, including data gathering and analysis.Maintain internal documentation systems and ensure knowledge sharing across teams.Office ManagementOversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning.Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office maintenance.Assist with other office-related tasks as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree required2-8+ years of experience in a research or administrative roleMust have experience in a professional services or investment environment.Strong research, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with databases and project management tools is a plus.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Familiarity with emerging technologies or research tools is advantageous.Personal CharacteristicsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Self-starter with a proactive approach and a positive attitude.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Collaborative team player with a flexible mindset.Work EnvironmentFull-time position based in San Francisco.In-office presence required (5 days per week)You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
