In this essential leadership position, you will focus on community relations, capacity building, fundraising, and guiding our board. As the face of the organization in the region, your primary objective will be to enhance our presence and strengthen connections within the community.Key responsibilities include developing sustained relationships to achieve regional mission goals and spearheading fundraising initiatives to meet targets. You will lead our chapter board and mobilize community volunteer leaders to support our mission effectively. A vital part of your role will be fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment to address community needs and priorities.We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of 5 years in a related role. Successful applicants will possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record in fundraising, and exceptional communication skills, including experience with media relations.
