07:30 AM - 05:00 PMDescription:We have an exciting opportunity for a coordinator in the support of Test and Measurement service solutions.This Services and Support Coordinator position is for a key individual who will work at our facility in Nashua NH supporting both internal and external customers experience with client solutions, processes, and services.Act as the point of Contact for Nashua's contracted customers.Manage the processing of all completed work, contracted and per incident.Be prepared for inquiries by contracted customers for all assets in client's control, including outsourced, tracking, holds and exceptions.You'll be responsible for the quality of Nashua's deliverables; certificates and data being published and the Clean and Close process.Review the OSRP delivery processes, implementing improvements and update the OSRP Service Delivery Guides as needed.Enter, Maintain, and support data entry in various systems to support delivery operations.Establish and maintain close communication with both internal organization and external customers to ensure optimal performance in support services and contractual obligations.Communicates with customers for issue resolution and response.Solves a broad range of service / support requests varying in scope and complexity.Requirements:Typically, minimum of 3 years relevant experience.Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.Experience with database tracking and management systems.Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers.Strong attention to details, ability to multitask and organizational skills.Will require understanding of general and technical aspects of various contract requirements and processes.Need to be able to document processes and work instructions.Ability work with reports and perform data analysis.Must have the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members with constant interruptions.
