This role involves overseeing partner performance, conducting regular reviews, managing/developing budgets, and ensuring smooth communication amongst internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, a keen eye for performance metrics, and experience in driving continuous improvement in supply chain processes.Act as the main liaison between the company and supply chain partners, including third-party logistics (3PL) providers, vendors, and internal stakeholdersAddress day-to-day inquiries, issues, and requests from supply chain partners and internal teamsConduct reviews with key external partners to identify areas for improvement, establish action plans, track progress, and ensure alignment with company objectivesCollaborate with supply chain partners to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with service level agreementsMonitor and analyze budgets related to supply chain activities, including logistics, transportation and warehousing costs, and recommend opportunities for cost-saving initiativesEnsure seamless communication and execution of any changes impacting logistics or operational workflows, working closely with cross-functional teamsProvide regular updates on supply chain performance, challenges, and improvements to internal leadershipCollaborate with leadership in developing, planning, and executing long-term strategic goals and new initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of three years experience in supply chain management or logisticsStrong understanding of supply chain processes, technologies, and best practicesProven ability to manage relationships with external partners, including 3PLs and vendorsStrong analytical skills, with experience in budgets, financial analysis, and reportingExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and change management; comfortable interacting with senior executivesAnalytical, curious mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently, and as part of team in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to travel to various Distribution Centers (50%)
