The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Program Management and Administration is looking for a Human Resource Consultant 2 to help us Keep Alaska Moving!Pay is based on the location of the selected applicant; salaries will be discussed at the time of the interview.Anchorage - $2,722.40/semi-monthlyJuneau - $2,858.40/semi-monthlyWhat you will be doing:Under the general direction of the Human Resource Consultant 5, this nonsupervisory position provides advanced-level professional human resources support to managers and supervisors of the Alaska Marine Highway System (AMHS). Provides advice and guidance to managers and informs employees on human resource policy and procedures in matters relating to personnel management, employee and labor relations issues, bargaining agreements, classification, and absence management.Minimum Qualifications:Competency Based Minimum Qualifications InstructionsThis job class uses competency based minimum qualifications.
