Summary
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting recruitment efforts, assisting employees and our business partners, and will contribute to exciting HR projects that are shaping the future of our rapidly growing Parks division.
The HR Associate provides high-level administrative functions for the day-to-day human resources delivery. You will champion key elements of the recruitment selection process to include administrative and technical support to hire talent for the Parks Division. You will organize, prioritize, coordinate, and respond to a variety of work assignments, research, information requests, and creation of documents. You must enjoy working as part of a team and solving problems.

:Data processing and maintenance: NEOGOV administration, Laserfiche personnel records filing and SharePoint administration.Parks Recruitment support: scheduling, interview materials coordination, attendance at recruitment events, act as back-up to Parks HR Recruiters.New employee onboarding, orientation, human resources information system processing and administrative functions.Manage Parks HR email account, route information to subject matter experts, process forms and documents for signature, coordinate meetings and agendas, and take meeting minutes.Assist with a variety of Human Resources and recruitment special projects and process creation.Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills

Employees in this role work remotely from a home location, with onsite reporting requirements typically

Onsite reporting locations may be at various King County worksites including the collaboration space at King Street Center (201 S. Jackson St, Seattle, WA 98104). This position requires occasional travel to remote locations around King County as needed, and requires a Washington State driver's license.
