LHH is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a company in the Greater Milwaukee Area. This role will support fundraising efforts, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
• Assist in the preparation of fundraising and sponsorship proposals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are met.• Maintain a comprehensive database of donor information, and fundraising activities.• Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and follow-ups with donors, partners, and stakeholders.• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations related to fundraising activities.• Monitor and track fundraising progress, providing regular updates to the team.• Support the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns and events.• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Type: temporary to hirePay: $22.00-$26.00 an hourHours: 7:30am-4:00pm Mon-Fri
