Job Description:
The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events to meet the company's standards and objectives. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, managing vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of events from start to finish.
Pay Range:
$1050 - $1350 weekly
ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute events, including conferences, workshops, and company gatheringsCoordinate with vendors, caterers, and venues to secure logistics and servicesDevelop event timelines, checklists, and budgetsCollaborate with the marketing team to promote events and manage invitationsOversee event setup, including audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements, and decorManage on-site event operations to ensure timely execution and address issues as they ariseConduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assess successes or areas for improvementQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask and manage several projects at onceFamiliarity with event management software is a plusCreative problem-solving skills and attention to detailBenefits:
