LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a great company in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of executive or administrative assistant experience. Experience in the homebuilding industry a huge plus!
Responsibilities:
Support company executives and attorneys in administrative and accounting dutiesResponsible for financial and tax reportingAccounts payables and receivablesAssist with all administrative functionsOversee onboarding for all personnelExperience
Required at least 3 years of experience in executive assistance and accounting supportBachelor's Degree, preferredSkills:
Strong Excel skillsAbility to foster positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, and external partnersAbility to support a teamWork Type:
Onsite, Full Time, Contract to HireCompensation: $25-29/hr
Pay Details:
$25.00 to $29.00 per hour
