Senior Manager, Revenue Management Analytics

JOB SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for assisting the Senior Director and Director with leading the strategic direction of Revenue Management with deep data and analytics, creativity, and structured thinking/decision making to generate revenue to continue to grow the business. This role will be responsible for pricing management of Sysco’s street business (TRS) to enable commercial strategy and drive profitable growth. This role will be focused on determining price strategies and designing processes and measures, working collaboratively with Sales, Merchandising, and Finance. Additionally, this role will be responsible for influencing business decision, building alignment across business functions, and communicating to executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute the strategies and program management (definition workstreams, identifying timelines, sequencing work, capturing dependencies, managing issue resolution and trading off priorities as needed), processes developed by the Leadership team that enable the organization to better use price as a strategic lever to drive business results across product categories and customer segments
Proactively identify pricing opportunities and risks, develop recommendations, and implement solution with cross-functional teams and field leaders.
collaboratively with Merchandising to ensure category strategy and market conditions are reflected in pricing strategy.
Manage performance of responsible product portfolio and monitor results to determine if the pricing strategy is working as expected
Support the strategic vision and direction of the pricing analytics roadmap.
Approve weekly pricing changes and evaluate margin impact.
Develop, coach, mentor and develop Associates
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative field
Experience Required:
8 years professional experience in Pricing/Revenue Optimization/ Economics/Finance or 5 years relevant experience in professional consulting services3+ years in of management/supervision/leadership experience required5 years minimum experience in revenue management, sales or finance/merchandising role; or working on a project, results-driven or field engagement type role
Experience Preferred:
Experience in leading large, cross-functional projects preferred
Experience building and leading high-performance teams preferred
Technical Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrates well-developed influencing skills with the ability to easily connect credibly with others and leadership.
Problem solving skills:
Ability to translate complex data analysis into actionable business insights to support and drive decisions
Must be able to think conceptually, strategically, and creatively with little oversight or direction (i.e. display thought leadership vs. simply “do” or execute something that was developed or directed by someone else)

Expert knowledge at using Microsoft Power-point and its capabilities to build clear and effective support for presentations and discussions
