This position is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate visionary leadership in advancing comprehensive academic and practice partnership programs.In this role, you will:Build and nurture strong relationships with clinical partners, including chief nursing officers.Lead the college's efforts to address and meet the healthcare needs of the state.Oversee the Morehead Center for Nursing Practice and the Global Health Program Office.Integrate global health initiatives into the nursing curriculum.Maintain a robust research program and seek demonstration grants for practice and partnerships.Encourage faculty engagement in scholarly productivity tied to teaching and clinical practices.The ideal candidate will hold a doctoral degree in nursing or a related field (PhD in nursing preferred) and be a board-certified nurse practitioner. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an academic or clinical leadership role and a strong background in administration, teaching, and curriculum development are essential.We are looking for a transformational leader who is a persuasive communicator, skilled negotiator, and passionate about achieving excellence in education, research, and community service.
