You will mentor faculty, particularly junior members, in their research career development while leading initiatives to establish and manage funded research programs.As part of your responsibilities, you will foster interdisciplinary research initiatives both internally and with external partners, drawing on your strong background in research supported by a significant record of scholarly accomplishments and grant acquisition. Candidates should hold a research doctorate in nursing or a closely related field, demonstrate a commitment to teaching and service, and possess a valid United States nursing license with eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure.The ideal candidate will have an impressive research portfolio with the potential to attract extramural funding. Leadership capacity, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are essential for success in this role.
