We seek a scholar and visionary leader with a strong commitment to nursing scholarship, education, and clinical services, capable of inspiring and fulfilling the ambitions of our faculty.Applicants should have a master's degree in nursing and a doctorate in nursing or a related health field, along with scholarly credentials suitable for a tenured or clinical Full Professor position. A proven record of scholarly achievement, professional practice, and engagement, as well as experience mentoring junior faculty, is essential.This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and a collegial approach, along with a resolute commitment to the college's mission.
