Your Role on the Team

Position Summary:

Incumbent provides routine informatics support for Epic EMR and Ancillary Departmental Systems involving Anesthesia and Inpatient Areas. Incumbent provides support related to Device Integration as well as Bedside IT support for a number of different applications for Clinical end-users.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experienceWorking knowledge of wireless network configurations and limitations related to a clinical environmentStrong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with internal and/or external customers4+ years desktop support experience in a networked business environmentMust carry a pager/phone and provide on-call support for IT related issuesThorough understanding of Microsoft Active DirectoryExtensive understanding of Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of operating system internals, file systems, functions of hardware components, and how hardware and software components work together to form a computer systemPrior experience supporting clinical end users in a rapidly changing environmentAbility to independently problem solve Desktop issuesExperience using/implementing/supporting Clinical Documentation Device Integration System in a procedural and/or acute care settingAbility to read, write and communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to effectively work with key stakeholders to successfully understand and deliver desired outcomesExtensive experience with supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 as well as Windows Server 2012 and upPrior experience supporting and configuring BioMedical devices interfacing to documentation systems such as EpicAbility to independently problem solve end-user Desktop and OS issuesDemonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness and ability to work occasional weekends and eveningsPreferred Qualifications:
