Talascend is currently seeking a Sr Technical Support Assistant for a contract opportunity located in Phoenix, AZ.

Schedule: 1st Shift - Flexible hours. Hybrid Role - 3 days Onsite/2 Remote.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Performs a variety of complicated tasks.May lead and direct the work of others.Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Must have Linux and Window server administration hands-on experience.4-6 years experience.May require an associate's degree in a related area and related experience and able to show proven capabilities in the field or in a related area.Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
