Position Summary:
The Enrollment and Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic position that combines junior marketing responsibilities with crucial enrollment support activities. This role is integral to the growth and success of our organization, requiring a deep understanding of the enrollment process and the strategic use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance our enrollment and marketing efforts.
Position Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Oversee YU Global's social media presence across various platforms to align content with our brand and marketing strategiesCollaborate with the marketing team to implement digital marketing and print campaignsAnalyze marketing metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performanceAssist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assetsManage CRM workflows, ensuring efficient processing and follow-up of prospective accountsGenerate and analyze weekly reports on learner progress, identifying trends and areas for improvementRepresent YU Global at recruiting events, effectively communicating our programs and services to potential studentsProvide support to the Enrollment Director on various projects as they ariseDevelop and implement a monthly webinar series, focusing on topics relevant to our target audience and aligned with our educational offerings
Experience & Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, enrollment management, or a related fieldProficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work occasional evenings/weekends.
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $70,000
