Mpower is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team.
The role of the Recruitment Administrator is pivotal in our hiring process. You'll play a key part in recruiting talented individuals to join our organization. Additionally, you'll provide crucial support to other recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The Recruitment Administrator will also be responsible for providing necessary administrative support based on the office needs, contributing to the development of a positive office culture, and handling various administrative tasks such as greeting guests, answering phones, and completing projects.
Qualified candidates will have previous recruitment experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-task ability, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities
Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities
Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to determine qualificationsSchedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experienceIntroduce new hires to the Company and walk them through the onboarding processComplete all vetting paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the jobGreet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices and/or contactsConduct clerical duties, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and document preparationProvide administrative support to the office and sales teamQualifications
Recruitment Administrator Skills
At least 1-year experience with RecruitingHigh school diploma required (Associate or Bachelor degree preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multitask and prioritize projectsAble to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
