Electronic (Using your CalCareer Account), By Mail, Drop-offThis position supports the California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) mission and strategic plan by performing a wide variety of more complex technical analytical assignments relative to the quality and issuance of vital records in the State.The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) has the responsibility for independently preparing, researching, and analyzing legislative concepts, legislative proposals, and defining State and Federal policies to local health departments, county recorders’ offices, county clerks’ offices, and county coroners’ offices. Independently conducts research and analysis to maintain detailed knowledge and disseminate information relating to policies and procedures. The AGPA provides operational system support, maintenance for business processes, and data reporting.
