Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,696 per week

Certification Details AHA BLS ACLS NIHSS cert required. Job Details Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN. Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.) Job Requirements MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND Traveler must work at least every other holiday. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. PBDS Assessment – waived. Schedule Information D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm. Unit Specific Information Must have recent experience in a Med/Surg Tele unit. Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
