About the Role
Join our successful team as the Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for providing strategic HR leadership within a dynamic healthcare system. You will manage the regional HR budget, optimize processes, and represent HR in various critical forums.
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large, complex health system. You will serve as a key executive, participating in leadership meetings and overseeing our Talent Relations team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in all areas of HR, possess strong strategic thinking and business acumen, and excel in aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively, foster collaboration, and influence diverse stakeholders is essential for success in this role. We value integrity and professionalism, particularly when handling sensitive HR matters.
