About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to oversee all HR shared services and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's business objectives. This includes managing HRIS and payroll platforms, developing and administering HR policies and procedures, and overseeing all aspects of benefit administration. The role also involves leading the performance evaluation and review process, managing compliance reporting, and driving companywide total rewards programs. The VP of HR will be the lead for special HR projects and will provide functional guidance for administrative needs. Candidates for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and advanced HR certifications being highly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR experience, including 7-10 years' in senior leadership roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing high-impact HR functions, driving cultural transformation, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance workplace.
