Overview One of America's largest retailers is seeking a Group Product Manager to to lead their digital transformation initiatives. This strategic role will oversee a team of product managers and owners responsible for revolutionizing the online shopping experience. As Group Product Manager, you'll architect the future of digital retail by leading our customer-facing platforms and experiences. In this pivotal role, you'll drive innovation across multiple digital touchpoints while orchestrating collaboration between marketing, design, engineering, and business teams. Your vision will shape how customers discover, engage with, and purchase products through our digital channels, ultimately delivering seamless, intuitive experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Note: Candidates based in Chicago will have the option to work from either Chicago or Lincolnshire headquarters, with a hybrid work schedule of two to three days per week in the office.
