Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per weekRelocation AvailableFocus: Reporting to the President, Epoxy, the Epoxy Formulated Solutions Leader is a key leader for one of the Epoxy Business units and will be located in Olin's Houston Commercial Headquarters. Working with our global teams, this newly created position is responsible for driving sustainable, outsized growth in our formulated solutions portfolio for wind, coatings, advanced electronics materials as well as hardeners and reactive diluents.Epoxy Formulated Solutions Leader Essential Job Functions:Full P&L for Epoxy Formulated Solutions establishing a cohesive business culture for the Business UnitSet and implement commercial policy on pricing and volume for product line, oversee execution by global salesDevelop and execute short and long-term product strategy and portfolio managementUnderstand market/industry growth trends, drivers and participants, identify and pursue opportunities for disproportionate growth for Olin Epoxy Formulated SolutionsProactive Management of the competitive landscape for industry peers, identifying winning customer and end usersActive management of the creation and commercialization of pipeline opportunities owning the interface to Olin's Epoxy Innovation and Technical Service teams. Leverage Pipeline process to accelerate growth momentumOversee design to market process and resource prioritization with R&D and Sales on potential new productsWork closely with Olin's asset management team to ensure right sized in house and external manufacturing capabilities enable capital-and-cost-efficient growthEstablish and implement a comprehensive forward looking raw material strategy in collaboration with Olin's Global Integrated Supply Chain teamSpearhead the introduction of sustainable product offerings and educate stakeholders on sustainability solutions our product enableEstablish a strong end-to-end productivity focus including but not limited to a clear view on cost to serve
Epoxy Formulated Solutions Leader Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree* in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's Degree* preferredMinimum of 10+ years of relevant marketing experience. Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Consulting or Finance experience preferredSelf-starter that is adaptive to change possessing the resourcefulness needed to overcome unexpected changesHigh level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with advanced analytical platforms like Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI are a plusStrong analytical skills with experience in presentation and report design and deliveryLimited domestic and international travel required; must possess a valid US driver's licensePrior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
