NCPC seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Operations Coordinator to provide critical support to the CEO and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. This position also includes key responsibilities related to membership management, event coordination, and general office management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in non-profit organizations and be able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a highly impactful, fully onsite position in Raleigh, NC where you will be part of a close-knit team of passionate professionals. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:

Assist executive leadership with daily tasks such as calendar management, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and email correspondence.

Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and fully stocked office environment.

Screen phone calls and mail, providing general office support including packing and shipping requests.

Manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and handle office equipment maintenance.

Membership Coordination:

Manage and maintain member databases, processing new member applications, renewals, and record keeping.

Respond to member inquiries, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.

Support membership campaigns through outreach and follow-up.

Event Management:

Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as workshops, seminars, conferences, and community gatherings.

Handle event logistics, including venue booking, catering, AV setup, and material preparation.

Oversee post-event follow-up, including surveys, thank-you notes, and tracking member engagement.

Additional Duties:

Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and event budget reconciliation.

Support social media and marketing efforts with occasional updates on events and member highlights.

Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting team members and taking initiative on special projects.

Qualifications

We're seeking a highly skilled professional who thrives in a small, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, ideally within a non-profit organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work with various software tools and systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
