Today, SCA Health has grown to 11,000 teammates who care for 1 million patients each year and support physician specialists holistically in many aspects of patient care. Responsibilities

The Teammate Resource Group (TRG) Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIBs) Program Manager is a key driver of this mission, enabling positive change and fostering community through strategic initiatives.Reporting to the Senior Director, DIBs, this role directly supports our organizational goals by:Empowering TRGs to create impactful programs that amplify diverse voices and perspectives.Leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for growth and to measure the effectiveness of DIBs initiatives.Developing inclusive training and leadership development programs that build high-belonging environments for all teammates.Communicating the value of inclusion and belonging across the organization to inspire engagement and collaboration.As a trusted partner to leaders, stakeholders, and teammates, the person in this role will have a tangible and lasting impact on the culture and success of SCA Health. By aligning TRG and DIBs programs with our broader mission, this role ensures we continue to innovate, grow, and lead as an organization that values diversity, fosters belonging, and champions inclusion.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Development and Management:Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for TRGs and DIBs initiatives that align with the organization's values and business objectives.Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to TRG leaders, providing guidance, tools, and support to ensure the success of their programs.
Data Insights and Metrics:Establish and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of TRG and DIBs programs, including teammate engagement, participation, and representation.Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in DIBs and TRG initiatives.Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders, highlighting program successes and areas for growth.Communications and Engagement:Partner with TRG leaders to amplify their activities and events, fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement.Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to promote TRG and DIBs initiatives, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.Create engaging content for internal and external audiences, including newsletters, blogs, presentations, and social media.Leadership and Collaboration:Act as a liaison between TRG leaders, DIBs leadership, and key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization.Stay informed about best practices, trends, and innovations in DIBs and TRG management, incorporating new insights into the organization’s programs.Provide ongoing support and resources to TRG leaders and members, empowering them to create meaningful change.Facilitation of Training and Development:Provide TRG leaders with leadership development and facilitation training to enhance their effectiveness and influence.Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to develop workshops and learning sessions that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in program management with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and belonging or teammate engagement.Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute impactful communication strategies.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing Teammate Resource Groups or similar teammate-led initiatives.Familiarity with DIBs frameworks, psychological safety, and leadership development programs.Proven experience in facilitating and delivering training programs, with a strong ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.Certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging or related fields, or facilitation certifications such as ATD or similar.USD $88,000.00/Yr.
