Responsibilities

Manager of IntegrationSCA Health is seeking a Practice Integration Manager who will be fully dedicated to SCAH's acquisition, merger, and de-integration project efforts related to physician practices. The Practice Integration Manager will work closely with new partnerships, SCA Health and OSP operational leadership, clinical and support services teams. Practice Integration Managers are expected to work independently leading complex projects while ensuring process standardization and scalability.Job SummaryThis position is responsible for the simultaneous management of multiple projects with varying size and complexity. Project types include Practice acquisitions, varying levels of Practice Integrations or De-integrations, alignment of Practice systems with ASC’s, and general project management support of enterprise Practice opportunities. The role will include management of the entire project life cycle, from the planning stages to the complete execution of the workplan.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Practice Integration Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multiple integration projects simultaneously, including:Leveraging diligence findings and Operational Readout information in determining integration prioritiesLeading the Operating Model process and effectively managing custom requirementsPartnering with support service departments to ensure effective communication, facility support, and efficient use of SCA Health and OSP resourcesEnsuring role clarity and scalability with Practice leadership, operations, and individual lanesDetermining the appropriate areas of focus for the project teamProviding tactical leadership and making decisions independentlyLeading the resolution of cross-functional issuesEscalating issues to senior management when appropriateCritically thinking through integration requirements and operational risksAssigning integration resources (external and internal) to tasksProviding status reports to management using appropriate enterprise toolsProviding supervision and oversight to external consultantsEncouraging communication amongst all project/deal related stakeholders

Qualifications

Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or HealthCare Administration preferred3-5 years of practical project management experience requiredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification desiredThree or more years of prior supervisory work experience in Healthcare/Practice Integrations or Operations and project managementTravel Required15-25%Required SkillsExceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environmentExperience with physician practice design, structure, functionality, and operationsSkillset to work with physicians and practice leadershipStrong leadership skills including conflict resolutionAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and written with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership, both internal and external to the organizationStrong interpersonal, writing and oral communication skillsAbility to drive and motivate large teams within an organization though strategic leadership and guidanceExtensive experience required in communicating and collaborating across different audiences and stakeholdersCandidates must have good general business sense and be able to analyze complex business models and provide solutionsExperienced project management skills, abilities, and experiencesUSD $85,000.00/Yr.
