Job DescriptionHospitality Spotlight is looking for a Hotel Director of Revenue Strategy for a client in southern California.
The Work:
Provide leadership in the areas of Revenue Management (including distribution, revenue optimization, digital marketing, reservations, analysis, evaluation +)Identify new revenue opportunities and develop and deploy new strategiesProvide daily, weekly and monthly reportingOptimize and expand distribution partnershipsChallenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.Build and maintain strong working relationshipsTravel as neededWhat you've already done (requirements):
5 to 7 years of experience implementing revenue management operations, procedures and best practices within a hotel environmentDeveloped and deployed new strategiesExperience repositioning a hotelMaintain knowledge of current economic conditions within the hospitality industryExperience with property revenue management with a focus on group, transient, and corporateWorked with independent and luxury/upscale hotelsBachelor's degreeMust possess a track record of successful leadershipDeveloped interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skillsKnowledge of online hotel reservation systems and revenue management systems +Additional duties as required by role
