Area
Director of Revenue Strategy for a luxury hotel group in sunny Southern California. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the revenue strategy while overseeing multiple properties in the area.
The Work:
Lead revenue management across multiple properties, driving top-line growthImplement revenue optimization strategies, including distribution, inventory management, and pricingOversee a team of revenue experts, ensuring effective day-to-day management of revenue channelsAnalyze demand trends, develop new revenue strategies, and maintain market share growthProvide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with property leadership and stakeholdersHybrid work opportunity; must work on-site at least three days a weekWhat you've already done (requirements):
7-10 years of experience in revenue management within a luxury hotel environmentProven experience repositioning hotels post-renovation and implementing new strategiesExperience leading revenue management teams across multiple propertiesExpertise with group, transient, and corporate revenue streams in luxury hotelsBachelor's degree preferredStrong communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing executive decisionsProficiency in online reservation and revenue management systems
Compensation:$140k to 150k base + bonus potentialHealth benefits, 401k, PTO
