The incumbent worker will provide a variety of services to customers, to include resume writing, interviewing skills, cover letter assistance, job search assistance, labor market research, and career exploration. Information is gathered from job seekers pertaining to work history and job readiness, skills, knowledge, abilities, qualifications, certifications, and licenses using formal and informal interviewing techniques. Referrals are made to job openings, training opportunities, partner agencies, and other services, as appropriate. Instructions and assistance is given to customers using services, systems, and information available in the Resource Room.
