Financial Systems Administrator

Vaco is currently hiring for a Financial Systems Administrator for a client in Beloit, WI on a temporary to hire basis. This is a hybrid position. Top things they will be handling: Enterprise Performance Management system administration Design, develop, configure and test EPM modules and reports. Collaborate with accounting/finance team members, IT Application Owners, EPM system vendor representatives and third-party consultants on system requirements and enhancements. Financial Reporting Month, quarter, and annual report preparation and review. Journal entry preparation. Internal control review tasks to ensure accuracy of reporting. Other Participate in training sessions to work towards OneStream system administrator certification. General ledger account review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Development of budgeting and forecasting tools, reports and processes. Special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed. Technical writing and process development.
