Our practice encompasses plan design, advice & counsel, and compliance work relating to retirement, health and welfare, and nonqualified deferred compensation and incentive pay plans maintained by private and publicly listed employers.We also regularly advise on executive compensation and payroll tax, and healthcare privacy matters.Qualifications:Juris DoctorCandidates must possess 5+ years of experience in employee benefits and/or executive compensation in a law firmExperience with and knowledge of ERISA retirement, health and welfare plan compliance, executive compensation, deferred compensation and incentive compensation matters is requiredAbility to manage projects independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and deadlinesStrong academic credentials, superior research skills and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills requiredAttorneys in this role will have the opportunity to handle complex, challenging matters and to provide advice and counsel for the full range of clients.
