Network Operations ASI Coordinator

Job Description:GDIT is looking for Network Operations ASI Coordinator supporting the USCENTCOM Information Technology Services (CITS) Program supporting the USCENTCOM J6 in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate must be a team player.Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for the overall management of intra/inter theater Authorized Services interruptions impacting the HQ and FWD HQ CENTCOM customers- Prioritizing and managing ASI Requests as appropriate- Processing, de-conflicting, and tracking ASI requests- Provide impact assessments on network systems due to requested ASI- Gather accurate information regarding outages, security calls that affect enterprise-wide services, and maintenance on USCENTCOM systems- Completing trouble tickets using USCENTCOM approved systems and providing reports for situational awarenessEducation and/or Certifications:Required:- 5+ years of relevant experience- COMPTIA Security+ CE CertificationDesired:- Master’s Degree with a focus in communication, computer science, engineering, or a related field of study- ITIL V4 CertificationRequired Skills:- Working knowledge of Microsoft products like Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Project- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and customers.- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills in making the appropriate technical decisions.- Must be motivated, adaptable, flexible, and able to produce quality results in an evolving, fast-paced environment.- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.- Ability to work in a team environment.Desired Skills:- Experience with USCENTCOM and familiarity with its mission- Knowledge and familiarity with USCENTCOM’s IT environment

Clearance Requirement:- Active TS/SCI

Travel Requirements:- Required USCENTCOM Exercise support of up to 10% Travel during the Year
