Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness. Talent Acquisition:
Oversee and refine recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent in the manufacturing sector. Employee Development:
Design training and development initiatives that promote career growth and skill enhancement among employees. Performance Management:
Enhance performance management systems to ensure they are effective and aligned with company goals. Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture. Compliance Oversight:
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing necessary policies. Compensation and Benefits:
Review and improve compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive in the market. Diversity Initiatives:

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. 5+ years of HR management experience, specifically in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization. Proven experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. What's on Offer
