Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
1. Employee Relations:
Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns and provide support in resolving conflicts, grievances, and other workplace issues.Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment through proactive communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.Advise leadership and staff on HR best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.2. Performance Management:
Develop and manage performance appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development.Provide guidance to managers on how to conduct effective performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and set measurable goals.Implement strategies to recognize and reward employee performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.3. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers, ensuring the hiring process is efficient and compliant with all applicable laws.Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent.Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company, with a strong focus on company culture, safety, and compliance training.4. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
Ensure the company's HR practices and policies comply with local, state, and federal labor laws, including OSHA, EEOC, and wage and hour regulations.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements.Stay up-to-date on changes in HR-related legislation and advise management on necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.5. Employee Training & Development:

The Successful Applicant
4+ years of experience in human resourcess management in a manufacturing or related setting.People management experience strongly preferred, but not required.Strong knowledge of California HR practices, labor laws, and industry regulations.Proven experience in developing and implementing employee relations and retention strategies.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.What's on Offer
Salary: $100K - 120K + bonus potential.Health Benefits, PTO, 401K match.Must be able to come onsite 5 days/week in San Gabriel Valley region of Los Angeles County, California.
