Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations, collecting vital clinical data. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, administering treatments and medications as needed. Demonstrate expertise in understanding human anatomy, health conditions, and treatment options. Document patient care accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records for billing and compliance. Oversee patient processing, treatment flow, and discharge to ensure a seamless experience. Serve as a mentor and resource for new staff and trainees. Qualifications: Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program is required. Ability to proficiently use electronic medical record systems. Strong professional demeanor and ability to build trust with patients and colleagues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Current NP licensure, along with ATLS and BCLS certifications. Physical Demands: Constantly standing and walking. Frequent lifting and handling of patients. Occasional climbing and balancing activities. Effective communication is necessary, including talking and listening.
