Our comprehensive services include proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsEvaluate, analyze, diagnose and solve technical equipment problems via telephone, remote access or in person at a customer location.Repair of system level issues based on technical knowledge, education, and training.Ensure equipment enhances customer production and may recommend shutdown of customer fab equipment to prevent process excursions.Prepare field service reports on all support activity.Cross train and assist other field service engineers as appropriate.Work independently with occasional guidance from management.Ability to use and understand DVMs, oscilloscopes, flow meters and various other test equipment.Good interpersonal/communication skills in understanding customer needs.Minimum QualificationsMaster's Level Degree or work experience of 0 years.Bachelor's Level Degree and 1 year related work experience.The company offers a total rewards package that is competitive and comprehensive including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities, and wellness benefits.KLA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
