The pay range is $125,600.00 - $226,100.00
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience, and certifications. Director, RBX Strategy & Design , you will lead a holistic in-store experience strategy across the Apparel and Accessories pyramid that drives key business objectives and furthers RBX goals. You will coach and develop a team of RBX managers and associates that are responsible for the signage and product merchandising plans. You will serve as a trusted partner to your cross-functional leadership team, playing an integral role in the Pyramid Roundtable and ensuring the best outcomes for the in-store experience. You will guide your team on briefs that synthesize consumer, guest and business inputs; inspire through relevant and focused swipe; and articulate clear, actionable deliverables for your team & partners. You will oversee the high level and detailed creative development process of the visual merchandising and signing to ensure that presentations meet strategic & creative objectives. You will remove roadblocks and aid in leader alignment, both in virtual and mock store forums, to create efficiency for your team. You will create & maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders both inside and outside the company and be the trusted expert to leaders and partners on your pyramid. You will oversee a marketing budget for your business and drive for process and cost efficiencies. This is a team leadership role with 3 direct reports and a total team of 14, reporting to VP of RBX. About you: Four-year degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design or equivalent experience 10+ years relevant visual merchandising and/or marketing experience Proven ability to lead and recruit a diverse team Excellent ability to translate business strategy to experience strategy Excellent sense of composition and design detail Experience managing agency relationships Excellent ability to successfully navigate and lead and influence cross-functional teams Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including executive communication skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
